Fees
The fees in our office are based on the time, skill, care and judgment used to deliver your care. The fee for your particular treatment will be discussed fully with you prior to treatment. Payment for treatment is due at the time services are rendered. If other arrangements are necessary, this should be discussed with our practice administrator prior to the appointment.
For your convenience we offer financing through Citi Health Card and CareCredit

Insurance
You are financially responsible for any dental treatment rendered. If you have dental insurance please understand that this is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company. Your insurance coverage will often help with the cost of treatment. As a courtesy we will file your claim so you can obtain a reimbursement. Please be prepared to work directly with your insurance company in matters concerning your claim.
If you would like us to help you with your insurance claim submission, we ask that you bring your insurance ID card including group policy number, company address and phone number.
